Sous Chef for Friday Harbor School District on San Juan Islands for all Public and Private Schools incorperating Local and Organic Foods for 5-600 children a day, and participating in teaching Chef 1.0 and Chef 2.0 as well as cooking for the Community Dinners to raise awareness and funds for our “Food for Thought” program.

Served meals & cocktails daily.  Ship capacity of 1,000.  Also ensured flowers on board were in good condition.  Worked rotating shift of 3 months on board with 6 weeks shore leave.

Entertained and educated tourists regarding sea mammals and other wildlife activities in Puget Sound. Prepared meals and helped cater special events on board.
